Strawberry Thief Brooch

Strawberry Thief Brooch

£38.00

This brooch is inspired by the beloved strawberry thief wallpaper designed by William Morris in 1883

He based the pattern and name on the thrushes which frequently stole the strawberries in the kitchen garden of his countryside home, Kelmscott Manor, in Oxfordshire.

This brooch is made from 15 individually laser cut pieces of wood and acrylic. I have hand painted the details to bring this charming little scene to life.

It measures 6.5cm wide and has a brooch clasp attachment.

It will arrive in a flock lined gift box.

Also available as a necklace and accompanying strawberry drop earrings are available in the collection.
